The Sacred Wood offers an interruption from the usual habituated behaviours. Engaging a process of long lasting presence, deep embodiment and connection to the natural and simple truth of being, awareness and personal insight in daily life; otherwise experienced after years of extensive meditation practices.

This ceremonial retreat is open to all.

This six day ceremonial retreat is an initiation of animist awakening and the inner silence. In the 30 days that follow ceremony, the journey deepens, and the Spirit of the Wood is part of the catalyst to explore the truth of who you are; not from your mind but from direct experience, grounded in the present moment.
